When Kyle Murray accepted the 2025 Arrow Award from Fix Auto USA, he didn’t just take home a trophy — he carried forward three generations of passion, innovation, and leadership in collision repair.
As owner of the Murray’s Collision Group, which operates four Fix Auto USA and two CARSTAR locations across the Pacific Northwest, Kyle has built a reputation for combining family values with forward-thinking business practices. Under his leadership, the group has achieved a major milestone: two of the region’s first fully EV-certified and Tesla-approved Fix Auto repair facilities. It’s a sign of where the industry is headed — and where Kyle is determined to lead.
The Arrow Award is given annually to a franchisee who exemplifies precision, direction, and progress. Murray’s approach to business — rooted in integrity, innovation, and community — fits that description perfectly. From implementing advanced repair technologies to creating a culture that values people as much as performance, he’s redefining what success looks like in the collision repair industry.
“Kyle Murray represents the true spirit of Fix Auto USA — focused, future-ready, and community-driven,” said Dennis O’Mahoney, Senior Vice President of Operations at Fix Auto USA, during the Driven Brands Collision Group’s Ascend 2025 Conference.
That conference, which brought together leaders from Abra, CARSTAR, and Fix Auto USA, celebrated top-performing franchisees from across the nation. But for Murray, the award was more than industry recognition — it was a personal reflection of the legacy started decades ago by his grandfather and father before him.
“Our family has always believed that great repair work is about trust,” Kyle shared. “Technology keeps changing, but people still want to know they’re being taken care of. That’s what drives us every day.”
With deep roots in the Pacific Northwest and a sharp eye on the future of connected vehicles and electric mobility, Kyle Murray is helping to shape the next generation of auto repair. His story is one of evolution — from legacy to leadership, from tradition to transformation.
