ZEV co-op (Zero Emission Vehicle Cooperative) is partnering with the event to provide dedicated shuttle service powered by its all-electric fleet. It’s a seamless, sustainable way to enjoy the music, the brews, and the community—without the stress of traffic or emissions.
About ZEV co-op
ZEV co-op is a nonprofit, member-owned electric car-sharing cooperative committed to transportation equity across Western Washington. The co-op offers a mix of zero-emission sedans, vans, and pickup trucks available for short-term use 24/7 through its easy-to-use reservation system.
With subsidized rates for income-qualified users and democratic governance for members, ZEV co-op puts community first while reducing the region’s carbon footprint.

Rates (as of June 2025):
Subscriber rate: from $8/hr (Port Townsend & Ballard locations)
Member or income-qualified rate: from $5/hr
150 miles included daily; additional miles $0.45–$0.50
Return with at least 50% battery to avoid extra fees
