Seattle Mariners fans have a lot to get excited about this season as the team kicks off its 50th anniversary with a food preview that delivers one of the most ambitious culinary lineups T-Mobile Park has ever showcased. The annual preview brought together media, partners, and community voices for an early look at the new dishes, local vendors, and creative collaborations shaping the 2026 ballpark experience. With Opening Day set for Thursday, March 26, the energy surrounding both the team and the refreshed food program is already building across Seattle.

The milestone season shows up in every corner of the ballpark, with the Mariners’ 50th anniversary woven thoughtfully into the experience. Fans will spot commemorative cups, ice cream helmets, and a playful Washington State Ferry Boat souvenir, a charming nod to two Northwest icons celebrating major anniversaries together. The food program carries that same spirit, expanding with new local partnerships, value-forward menu additions, and a renewed commitment to showcasing the flavors that make Seattle, Seattle.

The Washington State Ferry Boat Souvenir quickly became the breakout star of the preview, offering fans a whimsical way to enjoy their ballpark favorites. The ferry arrives loaded with choices like Bases Loaded Crab Nachos, garlic or Old Bay fries, chicken tenders, or fish and chips, and it’s already on track to become one of the most photographed items in the stadium this season.

Rolling Smoke BBQ, located in Section 313, introduces a hearty lineup crafted by a Seattle couple whose passion for barbecue comes through in every dish. Fans can dig into a rib platter with sides, pulled pork and brisket sandwiches, loaded mac and cheese, and classic barbecue staples like pit beans and coleslaw.

Moto Pizza joins the lineup this year with the kind of bold, creative flavors that have made the brand a Seattle sensation. Their new ballpark pizza brings Moto’s signature style,  that crispy‑chewy crust, the playful toppings, the unapologetic personality, into a slice designed for game day. It’s the kind of pizza that stops you mid‑bite because it’s just that good, and it adds a fresh, modern edge to the stadium’s growing roster of local favorites.

Piroshky Piroshky joins the lineup at Section 132, bringing its beloved Pike Place Market pastries to T-Mobile Park. Fans can choose from classics like Beef & Cheese, Potato & Cheese, Bacon Cheeseburger, Smoked Salmon, Jalapeño Sausage, and Chocolate Cream Hazelnut, each one delivering that comforting, unmistakably Seattle bite.

El Rinconsito brings bold, authentic Mexican flavors to The ’Pen with a menu featuring asada tacos, birria tacos, burritos, chicken quesadillas, and aguas frescas in horchata, tamarindo, and hibiscus. It’s a meaningful addition from one of the region’s most cherished family-owned restaurants, now woven into the Mariners experience.

Marination returns with its islandinspired favorites, including the standout Ube Coconut Rice Krispie Treats that quickly became a preview-day sensation. Spam musubi and lemonade served in a tiki cup round out the offerings, bringing bright, playful energy to the park.

Salt & Straw adds its signature creativity with the “Tacolate,” a chocolate taco filled with cinnamon-ancho ice cream, wrapped in a hand-pressed waffle shell, dipped in dark chocolate, and finished with puffed quinoa for texture. The menu also features the nostalgic Pots of Gold & Rainbows cereal-infused ice cream.

Ballard Pizza expands the value menu with its Stadium Bite, a simple, satisfying combination of pizza dough, garlic oil, parmesan, and tomato gravy, perfect for fans looking for a flavorful option at an accessible price point.

The beverage program gets its own moment this season, especially with the introduction of new espresso martinis available at stadium bars throughout the park. These cocktails bring a polished, modern twist to the ballpark experience, offering a smooth, coffee‑forward sip that feels both celebratory and distinctly Seattle. Alongside the espresso martinis, fans will find refreshed cocktail offerings that balance creativity with approachability, the kind of drinks that elevate a night at the ballpark without losing the fun.

Opening Day on March 26 is shaping up to be a celebration worthy of the Mariners’ 50th season. Fans can expect erainspired tributes, commemorative merchandise, and a packed stadium buzzing with the return of baseball and the debut of this year’s food lineup. With its blend of local partnerships, inventive dishes, and nostalgic touches, the 2026 season promises to be remembered not only for what happens on the field but for the culinary experience that surrounds it.
